The Imtiaz Construction Company was established in 1993 in Afghanistan to provide engineering and civil construction services. In 2004 Venco Imtiaz Construction Company (VICC) was founded following the merger of Imtiaz Construction Company and Venco Corporation to jointly work under US Government construction projects in their rebuilding efforts in Afghanistan.
Since 2004, VICC rapidly expanded and positioned itself as a qualified global construction, and development company with a specific target market in the UAE, USA and Afghanistan.
Since 2007 VICC is headquartered in Dubai to pursue construction projects in Middle East Region and to be placed in the most dynamic and vibrant business hub worldwide. VICC has also permanent office in Washington, USA, operating under VICC International LLC.
VICC’s growth has been extremely dynamic over the last years. With a current total workforce of 4,500 staff and multimillion dollar assets, the company is in a strong position to continue expanding globally.
VICC have purchased increasing levels of heavy machinery and associated construction equipment for all kinds of projects including asphalt plants and a large fleet of road & earth moving machinery.
Company Acquisitions also include a fully mobile batch plants contractor which can be mobilized rapidly. VICC owns the largest UBM K-Span Building system which allows us to build structures with flat panel walls and roofing systems spanning up to 32 meters with no columns required. VICC also has certified, qualified and trained design team for K-Span industry.
